With permission, myPharmaPrograms Pro accesses data needed for pharmacy services (e.g., eligible patients, medications dispensed, demographics). Individual pharmacists see detailed patient-level data, while the HQ (Head Office) platform only sees aggregated, de-identified counts and campaign results. Data access is limited to what is clinically necessary.
myPharmaPrograms Pro limits data access to only what’s necessary for specific functions. All communication is sent through the pharmacy, maintaining appropriate patient-pharmacy relationships. The platform is designed to comply with healthcare privacy regulations and ethical standards, including the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.
